You Back

Why is important to Re-program your Subconscious Mind.

If you are interested in other people’s opinions about you, then I can tell you that the opinion you should consider most important and valuable is that of your Subconscious Mind.

First, let me ask you: how many times have you tried to accomplish a task and given up in the middle of the project? Have you lost interest after motivating yourself and getting ready to go? Or have you set everything up in your mind, then started finding problems and having second thoughts, and finally stopped and given up? Your Subconscious had a different opinion. Unfortunately, your Subconscious wins every time; it controls your life 24/7, 95% of the time.

The main problem here is the training that your Subconscious Mind received when you were a child. Of course, it was not trained by you, but by the people you considered authority figures at that time in your life. This is how your Subconscious developed opinions about you—opinions that form the core of your everyday life, the decisions you must make, and the outcomes of your efforts.

For example, you start a new task and begin to feel uncomfortable with the idea. If you tried in the past to accomplish anything that went against your main programming and lost money or time, or you didn't like the result, then your Subconscious probably acted—or is acting—to protect you. It creates unwanted feelings and warns you:

“I don’t like that because you are going to hurt yourself.” You then start making mistakes, lose interest, and so on.

How you can change the main program of your Subconscious Mind.

To be able to change the program you need access in the wiring system and thanks to NLP there are a few ways to accomplish this task.

In the e-book Ask and Reprogram, I explain two exercises or techniques that will enable you to take control of your mind and the outcomes you produce. First exercise allows you to ask your Subconscious Mind why you are stuck or why you are afraid to go through with your task.

You can include fear, belief, experience that still affects your choices today, habits, self-worth, child-hood traumas.

And the second one will enable you to change this program or opinion that have created for you without your permit.

First step finding the program/ problem.

First, you start by asking your Subconscious Mind (after you establish communication) “Subconscious: am I afraid to start this task?

Your Subconscious will answer with either “Yes” or “No”. The answer is instant. If your Subconscious does not respond, do not worry; it is probably busy processing information’s in the background. Come back in 2–5 minutes.

Subconscious: am I afraid that I will fail? You received> Yes, you continue digging deeper.

Subconscious: am I afraid because I believe that I will lose my money/ time? (Or anything that comes in your mind.) >Yes, you continue.

“Subconscious: am I afraid because I have been trained “to live this kind of life” or “to hold this belief about myself?” (You can also ask about anything you already know about yourself.) If the answer is “Yes”, you now know the main problem behind your typical behaviour or the outcomes you experienced in the past when you wanted to accomplish a task or a job.

And this is the one opinion that you want to Re-program.

As you use the first technique, you will understand that everything you have been through in life was the outcome of an opinion formed inside you a long time ago. However, this opinion is not final; it can change by using the second technique. This will enable you to overcome problems ranging from everyday issues to professional ones.

Second step correcting Re-programming.

This technique will allow you to change the master program or opinion of your Subconscious Mind that holds you back, and it will enable you to predict the future by creating it.

In the beginning, you may feel dizzy. This dizziness will confirm that your two minds were not aligned, since there are two realities inside your brain. After the first time, you will not feel dizzy again and will feel normal, as always. However, you should continue working on your project until you accomplish it.

The first step in this exercise is to know what you want to change and what you are going to replace it with, like the images of “before and after”. Since you have the results from the first exercise, all that is left for you to do is decide what you want from your future self or which outcome you want to create.

You want to visualise the life, the person, or anything else you want to change, and then through repetition of the exercise you will be able to change this reality. The swift will happen progressively not on a single day or in one go. Of course, the bigger the task, the more repetitions you will need throughout the day and the more time you will need to invest as well, after all there is no magic pill, the exercises or techniques they don’t offer results in a single day

Predict The Future By Creating It.

Predicting the future by creating it begins with understanding that conscious goals alone may not determine your actions. You may sincerely want success, change, or a better life, yet still hesitate, lose motivation, or abandon a project. According to the approach in this e- book, these repeated patterns can reveal a conflict between what you consciously desire and what your Subconscious Mind has learned to believe. Many of those beliefs were formed early in life through authority figures, past experiences, disappointments, and attempts to protect you from pain, loss, or failure.

Ask & Re-Program offers two practical techniques for working with this inner conflict. The first helps you establish communication with your subconscious and ask focused questions about fear, resistance, and the beliefs behind them. By continuing to ask why you feel blocked, you can identify the underlying opinion that may be shaping your behaviour. The second technique helps you replace that limiting program with a clear picture of the person, life, or outcome you want to create. Through visualisation, repetition, and consistent practice, you begin bringing your conscious intentions and subconscious beliefs into alignment.

This process is not presented as a magic solution or an instant transformation. Meaningful change requires patience, honest self-observation, and repeated effort. The author’s own experience—years of hypnosis, affirmations, study, and small successes without a lasting breakthrough—illustrates why effort can feel ineffective when deeper beliefs remain unchanged. Progress began when those beliefs were examined and deliberately redirected.

To “predict the future by creating it” therefore means taking greater responsibility for the patterns that influence your decisions. Instead of forcing ideas your subconscious rejects, you learn to recognise resistance, clarify what you truly want, and reinforce beliefs that support purposeful action. These tools can be applied to habits, relationships, projects, and personal or professional goals. As your inner beliefs and daily actions become more consistent, you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and direction—actively shaping the future you want to experience.

Hey There,

I have one small favour to ask if you're willing: whatever you discover when you try these two exercises, I'd love it if you emailed me your results. A simple "yes" or "no" for each one is all I need—the exact outcome doesn't matter.

I'm not asking for marketing purposes. I genuinely want to know how many people this book helps, and how many are facing real resistance from their subconscious. This research matters to me, and it will help shape a few deep-dive videos on the subject down the road.
